Lincoln Heights CRA

The Village of Lincoln Heights Council has designated the entire Village as a community reinvestment area (CRA). This designation allows the Village to grant real property tax abatements of up to 100% on residentialcommercial, or industrial projects within Lincoln Heights for building new structures or remodeling existing ones. Depending on the nature of the project, tax abatements granted under the CRA program can extend to up to 15 years.

The goals of the CRA are to help current residents make repairs to their homes, attract new residents and secure new businesses that will provide jobs for residents and growth for the Village.

The CRA provides great opportunities for current Village residents as well as developers interested in doing business here. Residents can use the CRA to remodel their homes, build additions or invest in developing other properties in Lincoln Heights. Housing and commercial developers can explore opportunities from among 86 developable lots owned by the Village, which is perfectly located across from General Electric midway between Cincinnati and Dayton with I-75 frontage.

More information about the CRA is provided on this website. In addition, the Village administrative staff team will work with you to explain the CRA, illustrate opportunities and help facilitate your development. You'll find us to be a willing partner!

Please contact Interim Village Manager Mike Lemon at mlemon@vlho.org or (513) 733-5900 for any inquiries.
