Clerk of Courts

The Clerk of Courts is the liaison between the public and the Mayor's Court. The Clerk reports directly to the Mayor of the Village of Lincoln Heights and assists in the affairs of Mayor's Court proceedings interacting with Magistrate, Prosecutor and Sheriff's Department. The Clerk performs routine, very self-sufficiently maintained functions on a daily, weekly, and monthly reporting basis most of which are quite confidential in nature. Various reports are distributed throughout the month to the Mayor, the Village Manager, the Finance Director, the Village Solicitor, and the Sheriff's Department.
