Vice Mayor Jeannie Stinson

Village of Lincoln Heights Vice Mayor Jeannie Stinson   Vice Mayor Jeannie Stinson was elected to Lincoln Heights Village Council in January 2016 and is currently serving her second term as Vice Mayor. Ms. Stinson has chaired the Law Committee and takes an active role in the Safety, Economic Development, Recreation, and Finance committees. One of her many goals for the Village of Lincoln Heights is to increase the number of youth programs available to our children and increase participation in those that are already offered. Ms. Stinson believes that our youth are our most valuable asset and securing a quality education and top-notch life skills are paramount as they are our future leaders.


Environmentally, supporting Green technologies through agriculture and other sustainable projects is a priority for me as it will aid in the Village’s redevelopment. On any given evening or weekend, Ms. Stinson can be seen strolling the streets of the Village and interacting with residents. She has amassed volunteers for various cleanup efforts and is instrumental in keeping council informed of school-based needs and issues.

Vice Mayor Stinson is a mother to a daughter as well as to any children who cross her path. Vice Mayor Stinson is a proud graduate of the Princeton School District. Her post-secondary education accomplishments include her obtaining a degree with honors in Philosophy from the University of Cincinnati. Having a constant thirst for knowledge, Ms.Stinson is currently pursuing her MBA through the University of Phoenix. Her passion for educating our youth has led to her career as an educator at Lincoln Heights Elementary in the very same school district that gave her a quality educational foundation on which she builds.
