Administrative Assistant
This position performs a variety of tasks for the Village Manager and other department heads as necessary. Duties include the following activities: coordinating information; preparing and responding to correspondence; organizing and overseeing special projects/assignments; monitoring records retention; assisting with grant writing; maintaining personnel records. Candidate must have an associate’s degree in related field; proficient use of Microsoft programs; familiar with and use of social media platforms; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with others. Bachelor’s degree and municipal government experience is a plus.
